We are less than 5 minutes from the Kindergarten,elementary school, and Jr, High School, and 10 minutes from the high school. If you are comparing this to a new construction home price, please compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges. Lot size IS a factor to consider when comparing, plus please understand that adding blinds ran us $800, rain gutters $2300, fence ? $, and sprinklers were $3500. We are looking into trying to find how much we paid for the extra 50 ft length added to driveway and the turnaround and as you can imagine, it wasn't cheap.
