On Hold Until August-September 2017 for Health Reasons Back on the Market. 2800 square feet of heated living space total, 2 buildings. Recently listed with a Real Estate Agent and had an offer to buy and earnest money put up. The Buyer had been approved for the financing and we had gone through the process and expense ($2500.00) of house hunting in Georgia and had a house there under contract pending the sale of our house but before we could close on our house, the Buyer had serious health issues that prevented the sale so now I am listing the house as a For Sale By Owner. As a result of this, we lost the contract on the house we had selected in Georgia.
