i am trying to help my father sell his farm in brandywine md he and my uncle bought it 8 years ago. it was appraised at 1.3 million dollars it is very beautiful ,private and only 5 minutes from waldorf shopping district. and 25 minutes from D.C . it has a large 3 bedroom house ,also a 2 bedroom house. it has a full service garage, 2 ponds many nice out buildings including 2 large barns . we have converted another out building into a very nice office( complete with bathroom and shower) . the property can be subdivided the farm borders cedarville state park it is mostly open fields i will try to add better photos soon we really want to sell because my uncle died and now my dad has terminal cancer. you really must see this farm to realize just how nice it is.we are asking well below what its worth thanks for looking and please feel free to call me
