As you enter El Valle, these tracts are on a hill to the southeast of the main road. You can see the the upper tract on the hill called "Baldy" from the lower road. From trail to Trampas Lake, there is a trail to Pecos Wilderness and Santa Barbara Canyon. This is a good spot for an orchard on the upper slope, and gardens on the lower tract.
