OK If your house is so great why do you want to sell it? This is the first question that comes to mind and our simple answer is in September we become empty nesters. Both of our children are off to college now and the wife and I just don¿€™t need all this space. Of course, the kids are only going to college, not the moon and do come home occasionally so the logical solution is to downsize. We¿€™ve lived in the neighborhood for decades and intend to continue to do so. I know we¿€™d be seeing you soon at our new waterfront project and actually our beaches, both public and private golf courses are just the tip of the iceberg with much too much to list. When you come to see Tween Waters( we call the house that because it¿€™s nestled between West Pond, Long Island Sound and a Spring Fed Fresh Water Pond) we¿€™ll talk. So to conclude, we¿€™re not going anywhere, just to a smaller home right here in Glen Cove. Tween Waters is available for sale or lease with an option to buy.
