In honor of Mother’s Day on May 13, we have compiled a list of unique home features that every mom would be lucky to have in her home. Posh playroom - create an organized, bright, and cheerful playroom so your kids look forward to enjoying their own space, which gives you the space and time you need to tackle your to do list – or have some play time of your own.

Laundry room in a closet?! - with that never ending mountain of laundry, your laundry room doesn’t have to be a room that you dread entering. Tuck away your supplies and hide with a curtain, hide your washer and dryer in a communal room of your home, or if you’re lucky enough, install a washer and dryer right in your closet (we did mention we let our imaginations run!)

Spectacular staircase - no matter the size of your house, there are always ways to make the most of your space. Use the area under your stairs to convert to storage drawers, a desk, or even a guest bed!

Kitchen confidential – if the kitchen is the heart of the home, make sure it is a room you love. Keep mess to a minimum by keeping unsightly items out of the way, by tucking your cutting board under the counter, or installing a built-in dog bed under your cabinets.
