This holiday season, HomeFinder.com wants to know what you are grateful for about your real estate business, so we
are kicking off our 30 Days of Gratitude Contest! Real estate agents can enter to win $500 ($250 debit card and $250 donation to winner’s charity of choice) by: choosing to “Like” HomeFinder.com at Facebook.com/homefinderdotcom and explain in 100 words or less what you are grateful for about your real estate business. The contest runs from November 1, 2012 through November 30, 2012. Winners will be chosen on or around December 5, 2012 and contacted directly.
2012 has given the real estate industry much to be grateful for: According to NAR, existing home sales continued to improve in 2012 and in August 2012, the national median price rose year over year for the sixth straight month; Freddie Mac reports 30-year fixed mortgage rates remain near all time record lows; and homebuyers have more access to home listings thanks to the mobile app home search evolution.
