consumer survey asked homebuyers to share their online home searching habits. In honor of Valentine’s Day, here’s the breakdown on how homebuyers are searching for domestic bliss:
- 33.6% (partner doesn’t search but gives thumbs up/down on listings)
- 12.3% (spend an equal amount of time searching, but separately)
- 6.6% (partner is not involved in online home search)
- 3.3% (partner does most of the online searching)
Only 9.8% of active homebuyers search for homes online together most of the time.
