At HomeFinder.com, April has proved to be a month of new beginnings. We’ve returned from our newsletter hiatus, just in time to kick off the busiest time of year for the real estate business – the spring real estate season. National Open House Weekend also took place this month, on April 28 and 29. Statistics show that 50 percent of homebuyers use open houses in their home search – even in this time of Internet home shopping.
