07.09.08 Homescape® and CENTURY 21® Northern California Broker Council Announce Advertising Partnership Increasing Exposure, Traffic and Branding for Broker and Agent Members

Partnership to provide increased exposure, traffic and branding through Homescape and network of local newspaper Web sites

CHICAGO, IL Homescape®, a leading national real estate search site that connects home buyers and sellers with local property listings and real estate professionals, has announced an advertising partnership with CENTURY 21 Northern California Broker Council. The partnership enables all listings from sixty-two offices in the Northern California Broker Council area to be featured on Homescape and multiple local newspapers in Northern California. Enhanced features include: priority listing placement on the site, unlimited photos, virtual tours, and the CENTURY 21 company logo for maximum branding. The brokers will receive leads via email and phone, and enjoy increased traffic directly to their Web site.

'Homescape is pleased to provide the offices in the CENTURY 21 Northern California Broker Council with the additional traffic and exposure garnered with this advertising agreement,' said Tim Fagan, President of Classified Ventures' Real Estate Division. 'According to the National Association of REALTORS®, 84% of consumers begin their search online, so it's important for agents and brokers to market their listings where motivated home buyers and sellers are searching. Homescape's consumer audience views an average of 17 pages per visit, and with our network of 140 online newspaper partners, we have the ability to provide an unduplicated, engaged audience to our agent and broker customers.'

'We are happy to deliver a greater level of advertising to our agents, brokers and consumers,' said Robert Fernandez, President of the CENTURY 21 Northern California Broker Council and broker of CENTURY 21 Golden Hills in San Jose, CA. 'Our strengthened advertising partnership enables us to provide enhanced property search options to consumers locally and nationwide through Homescape and their network of online newspaper sites.'

Homescape announced a nationwide marketing agreement with Realogy in February, which enabled approximately 700,000 property listings from Realogy's residential real estate brands to be available on Homescape and its network of 140 newspaper real estate sites nationwide. Realogy's residential real estate franchise systems include CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, Sotheby's International Realty® and Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate.

Homescape has over 10 years experience and provides more than 31,000 customers nationwide with online marketing opportunities, including priority listing placement, unlimited photos and increased branding and traffic sent directly to the advertiser. Additionally, Homescape offers over 3 million property listings for consumers to search, with multiple options to view and manage results.
